About the Survey

Your domestic (residential) EPC survey will take approximately 1 hour dependent on the size and complexity of the property. During this time the surveyor will require access to all areas including loft areas where applicable. The surveyor will identify and collate details of the following.

• Floor area and perimeter.
• Construction details including insulation and glazing types.
• Accommodation provided.
• Heating types and hot water provision.
• Lighting.
